Refund Eligibility
- Digital Content and Classes: Refunds for digital content and classes are considered case-by-case. Requests must be made within 5 days of purchase. If 5 days have passed, we can’t offer you a refund.
- Membership Subscriptions: Membership fees are refundable within the first 5 days of the initial subscription date. After this period, no refunds will be issued for monthly or yearly subscriptions. If you have purchased a subscription for one day (One Visit Plan), that can’t be refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Used Content: If you have accessed, or used any member-only content or attended any classes, refunds will not be granted.
- Renewals: Renewals of memberships are non-refundable. Members are responsible for canceling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your refund request. Please include your name, membership details, and reason for the request.
- Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exceptions
- Promotional Offers: Refunds are not applicable for memberships or classes purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. Refunds for technical issues are assessed individually.
